Meet Amal Taha, an AGFE scholar from Jordan who pursued a BS in Computer Engineering at Princess Sumaya University for Technology.

“The scholarship opened the door for me to study in the university I wanted and supported me a lot with resources, internal programs and courses. It represents continuous support to achieve my goals and keep me on track to meet my better self and reflect to my community.”​

Amal graduated from Princess Sumaya University for Technology in 2022 and upon her graduation she secured an employment opportunity at Meta as a Software Engineer.​

“Giving back is that whenever I have a chance even if it was very little to support my community just like AGFE supported me, I wouldn’t hesitate to, and wouldn’t hesitate to support other AGFE students in specific with all I can.”
