The Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation Community Impact Awards celebrate youth and educators across the AGF ecosystem whose journeys and contributions demonstrate resilience, innovation, leadership, learner support, and meaningful community impact.

Rooted in AGF’s mission to expand access to quality education, strengthen workforce readiness, and support pathways from learning to- earning the awards recognize two groups: youth who are creating positive change through action, innovation, sustainability, and perseverance, as well as educators, mentors, facilitators, and learning support professionals who support learner growth, confidence, and progression. Beyond achievement, the awards recognize effort, creativity, collaboration, and the actions that enable others to succeed.

Through these awards, AGF aims to amplify inspiring stories from across its community and recognize people whose experiences and contributions reflect the values at the heart of its work: access, opportunity, innovation, excellence, and lasting impact. The awards also celebrate the many ways youth and educators contribute to a stronger, more inclusive education and employability ecosystem.
