Meet Mohammad Jawad Kaisania, an AGF scholar from Syria who pursued a MS in Computer Science at the American University of Beirut

“AGF scholarship literally changed my whole life, I wouldn’t be able to be enrolled at AUB without the Foundation’s help and support. My feelings are indescribable and there is no way I can pay back to what the Foundation has given me.”​

Mohammad graduated from the American University of Beirut in 2021, after 10 years of leaving his country, Syria due to war. Mohammad did not let the war destroy his dreams and started all over again in Lebanon which made him stronger. ​

Today, Mohammad is employed as a Research & Data Specialist at the Global Education Movement, Lebanon.​

Mohammad is looking forward to introducing young Arabs to the technological field as he thinks that the next generation should be prepared for the future of technology & AI.
