Meet Badriyeh Diab, an AGF scholar from Palestine who pursued a BS in Environmental Health at the American University of Beirut

“It’s an honor to be part of AGF family which is the reason behind all of my academic and professional achievements. Through AGF scholarship, I was able to pursue my passion towards the environment where I received guidance and motivation from AGF staff to be engaged in community service activities.”

Badriyeh graduated from the American University of Beirut in 2019, and now is working as a center coordinator with Hand to Equip, Learn & Protect NGO on educational projects for children in partnership with War Child Lebanon which is funded by AGFE. Also, she is Lebanese Youth Biodiversity Ambassador and member of Youth4Nature board directors.

Recently, she wrote an article about climate change and forest fires in Lebanon and was published on Al Nashra News.
